I have tried and tested many products but I will only recommend what really works. I have narrowed down my favourite beauty and hair products to five. The list could have gone on and on but this is my ultimate ‘can’t live without’ beauty and hair products.

Number 5 is the Olaplex No.3 at home use. I find this is amazing at strengthening my hair and adds thickness also. I have tried a lot of products but this is the best at bringing out the shine in my hair.

Number 4 is the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. This beautiful powder that you mix with water and then watch it foam up is magical!! I apply this to my face as an exfoliant. The beauty of this product is that it is very gentle and can be used daily. It also brightens and evens out skin tone.

Number 3 is the Dermalogica Anti Age Dynamic Skin Recovery Day Moisturiser with SPF 50. I couldn’t go a day without this as it has SPF 50. It is hard to get a good moisturiser that has SPF 50 but Dermalogica hit the nail on the head with this wonder. I find it is so hydrating and combats wrinkles also, so it is a win win!!

Number 2 is the Inglot Camouflage Concealer. This is just unreal at covering under eye circles and the coverage is fantastic. I go for number 111 in this range. Having a good foundation is key but without a good concealer I would be completely lost! This can be purchased in any of the Inglot stores nationwide.

Number 1 has to be Dermalogica Night Retinal Moisturiser. This is ‘THE’ product I could not live without. This is perfect for a lot of things – wrinkles, acne marks, uneven skin tone and just an amazing night moisturiser. I used this specifically for my acne marks after my acne cleared. What I found is I had to use a day cream with an SPF when using this retinal cream.

I took photos of my skin where my problem area was. The first picture is before I started using the Night Retinal Moisturiser. Picture 2 was after a week of use, pic 3 another week on and pic 4 was 2 weeks on. The results I got were amazing.

I am more then happy to speak with anyone about skin conditions that you need advice on. We do free Dermalogica Skin Consultations in L&A Hair and Beauty and our prescriptive facials also include skin mapping, so we see what actually is going on in the skin surface.
